We strongly condemn the heinous attack by Israel against Palestinians participating in peaceful demonstrations, which resulted in the killing of 7 people and the injury of more than 200 in Gaza that is under the blockade of Israel in total disregard of international law and humanitarian values.

Israel needs to understand that it cannot deprive the Palestinian people of their historical and legitimate rights through its continued reckless policy of violence in Palestine.

The international protection of the Palestinian people has now become a humanitarian task which needs to be accomplished as soon as possible. On this occasion, we reiterate our call upon the international community to fulfill this moral responsibility.
