Dear Citizens, Dear Saudi Friends, Esteemed Visitors,

As of 31^st August 2023, I have assumed my duty as the Consul General of the Republic of Türkiye in Jeddah. It is a great honour and pleasure for me to serve in Saudi Arabia, which is the most visited foreign country by our citizens and has a significant Turkish population.

Our Consulate General has been operating in Jeddah since 1985 and the mission’s jurisdiction area covers the Emirates of Makkah, Al Madinah, Al Bahah, Tabuk, Asir, Najran and Jizan, which are located in the west of Saudi Arabia.

The Offices of Communication, Labour and Social Security, Religious Affairs, Education, Commerce and Treasury and Finance Attachés within the Consulate General will continue to provide their services in their fields of expertise to our citizens and Saudi friends.

We will continue to intensively work towards increasing our social, cultural and marketing activities and strengthening commercial and economic relations with the host country, providing a variety of consular services to our Saudi friends and other visitors, and, in particular, protecting the rights and interests of our citizens under the auspices of the Consulate and providing effective and efficient consular services to our esteemed citizens.

To our citizens who visit our mission’s jurisdiction to perform their Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages every year, the Consulate General will mobilize all its resources to provide all kinds of support and assistance our citizens may need during their stay in Saudi Arabia.

On the other hand, I care about our esteemed citizens’ support, opinion and suggestions as well as their participation to our events that will be held in our mission's district. In this context, I would like to remind you that the doors of our Consulate General are always open for you and I would like to state that we will be glad to host you.
