No: 399, 29 December 2017, Press Release Regarding Prisoner Exchange in Eastern Ukraine
We welcome the prisoner exchange involving about 300 individuals, in line with the efforts aimed at putting an end to the conflict in eastern Ukraine.
We extend our congratulations to all those who helped reach this deal.
Reconfirming our support to Ukraine’s territorial integrity, we hope that the clashes in eastern Ukraine will permanently end on the basis of additional steps to be taken by the relevant parties in accordance with the Minsk Agreements.
Turkey will continue to actively support all efforts in this direction.
