We have learned with deep regret that, according to the initial reports, more than 20 Iraqis have been killed and many have been wounded in a terrorist attack in Karbala, Iraq, which reportedly has been claimed by DEASH terrorist organization.

We strongly condemn this heinous terrorist attack which was carried out in the holy month of Ramadan. We convey our deepest condolences to the friendly and brotherly people of Iraq, wish Allah’s mercy upon those who lost their lives and speedy recovery to the wounded.
