The family counseling service offered to our citizens by the Ministry of Family and Social Policies will start to be offered to our citizens living abroad as well as of 11 May 2015.

At this stage, within the framework of this service launched as a pilot project, it will be possible for our citizens to reach expert psychologists and family counselors on the telephone number (+90 312) 2539200 for 24 hours.

Access to the above-mentioned lines can also be made through "Memleketim Portalı" via (http://memleketim.gov.tr).

The service aims to be carried out in coordination with the consultancies to be opened abroad by the Ministry of Family and Social Policies in the fortcoming period and to reach the capacity to serve our citizens all over the world in the widest way possible in terms of scope and access over time.
